Membutuhkan Call Center Officer dan Call Center Leader dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut ;
CALL CENTER officer
Job Requirement :
• Male / Female
• Age Maximum 27 Years
• Minimum Diploma (D3) from any major.
• Dynamic, Energetic, Polite, Humble
• Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
• Fluency in English or other foreign language would be an advantage.
Required Skills, Competences and Commitments :
• Proficient in Ms Office (or equivalent) knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills with service mentality or customer service oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willing to serve other.
• Work with patience and courtesy in customer relations.
• Address challenging customer issues while maintaining a positive and profesional attitude.
• Effectively work with real time management.
• Think quickly, critically, logically and analytically to ensure expedient response to customer queries.
• Organize and clearly communicate thoughts and ideas.
• Resourcefulness in solving problems.
• Available to work in a flexible schedule by hours and day.
• Have experience to handling customer through all Interaction Channels

• Minimum Diploma (D3) from any major.
