- Job Description: Design and implement UI/UX for the web service to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in user acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization.
- Responsibilities:
1. Learn from examples, make logical hypothesis and design effective UI/UX.
2. Write interface related codes using Bootstrap and CSS3 and co-work with the programmer team to implement the design onto the website.
3. Acquire feedback from users, analyze user needs and behaviour and continuously and proactively optimize the design.
4. Create and modify marketing and promotion materials and website contents as required.
5. Above all, constructively and productively collaborate and communicate with others for best outcome. Flexibility in the work scope might be required, as this is a startup company.

- Salary and Allowance: 5,000,000 to 6,500,000 Rp /month
1. Excluding approvable expenses (e.g. Transport from the office and service fee for reporting)
