How to use FakeGPS and play Co-op with other players

Basically in Co-op battle we have a few options to choose from when you click Find Partners;

1. Play with someone next to you.
2. Play with users across the country.
3. Play with a friend.

In the 3 options above, only 2. Play with users accross the country requires both players' energy in order to Co-op.
In Option 1 and Option 2, only the players who invites spends Energy, while the player who gets invite or join in the Co-op does not need to use any energy.

Therefore, by using Option 1 and 2, you can exchange Energy by opening Co-op battles two and forth between two players, which increase the numbers of battle and of course the loots.

HOWEVER, after trying Option 3. Play with a friend, the URL that you post in twitter and mail does not work; while the English version does not provide LINE support function as well (I have no idea why).

SO, our options only leaves to number 1. Play with someone next to you.

Option 1 requires you to play next to someone or someone close by to you. It sends your phone location nearby and search for players in order to start co-op.


So this is how we are going to do Option 1 even if you are not beside any person.

First go and download a FakeGPS application. It's free do not worry.

After installing it, read the instruction and choose the location on where you want to do the co-op with.

For example, I'm in Malaysia and my other friends who are playing stays in Singapore.

So we agree on a location and after getting the same address or close by, we can start the co-op by choosing PLAY WITH SOMEONE NEXT TO YOU. The other person who would like to join the game can SEARCH FOR SOMEONE NEXT TO YOU in order to join the Co-op. And yes it is as easy as it seems!!

*PLEASE QUIT THE GAME BEFORE STARTING THE FAKEGPS APP, AS IT USES YOUR DEFAULT LOCATION AFTER YOU START THE GAME.
1. CLOSE SLINGSHOT BRAVES APP.
2. OPEN FAKEGPS AND PINPOINT LOCATION.
3. RESTART THE GAME.
Now the game will use FakeGPS location as your default location in game. *Remember to disable Determine location using WiFi if you want to switch it off later, or you have to restart your phone.
