Eight children found dead after Cairns stabbing
eight children have been found dead in the suburb of Manoora in Cairns, Queensland Police have confirmed. 
Dozens of police have arrived at the home amid.
The victims are reported to be between the ages of 18 months to 15 years.
Police would not confirm any further details about the situation.
It's understood a woman, 34, has been taken to hospital with stab wounds to the chest.
