A Coal Mining and Trading Company is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions to be based at our Head Office at Jakarta, Project Site in Central Kalimantan and South Kalimantan Project.


Available Position :


1. Position : Project Accountant
Location : Jakarta Selatan

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree : Accounting Background
  
• Auditor experience
  

Job Description:
a. Checking the hold journal input by site accountants and ensure all the data is correct (amount recorded, check account code with the nature of the account, check the calculation and its rate of VAT & WHT, check tax code).
b. Prepare payment for outstanding invoices including check bank balances and maintain cash flow.
c. Prepare accrual, depreciation, amortization and revaluation journals for month end closing.
d. Prepare BS Reconciliation for month end closing.
e. Prepare Budget & Actual Cost Report for month end closing including the analytical review.
f. Prepare Financial Model for month end closing.
g. Prepare monthly calculation of VAT to be paid.
h. Prepare Budget Report every year end closing.
