IT Helpdesk Service
Job Description :
- As the single contact for the user for computer related problems and request other services in the IT area
- Receive, record and pass on a phone call from the user as needed
- Follow up on a list of issues and requests that have not been settled periodically to the part related to ensure the IT incidents and requests can be completed standard service level agreement
Requirements:
- Hold min Bachelor (S1) Degree from Computer/ Information Technology / Telecommunication or equivalent major
- Has 1 year experience as helpdesk
- Good communication and can work as a team
- Excellent in using MS- Office
- Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
- Basic knowledge in network, active directory and setup mobile device (Blackberry/ Android/ IOS)
- Ready to work shifting scheme
- Commit to SLA
- Highly motivated and good initiative
- Ready to join immediately is preferred
SUMUR
IT End User Support
Job Description :
- Assist the user in installing, configuring and using hardware and software End User in accordance with the guidelines and standards
- Perform analysis and resolution of problems related to End User hardware and software
- Work with the Help Desk and Network Operations staff to define and solve the problems of the End User
- Interact with a variety of computer platforms in diverse End User server environment. Ensure End User devices are well connected to various system
- Provide an introduction and training to users on how to use the hardware and software
- Help maintain records of LAN / WAN (IP data workstations)
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
- At least 1 year working experience as IT support/ system engineer.
- Have a good knowledge in windows operating system
- Good knowledge about installation, backup and restore data, troubleshooting hardware
- Basic knowledge in network, active directory and setup mobile device (Blackberry/ Android/ IOS)
- Fluently in English (oral and written)
- Ready to work shifting scheme

- Doing regular job based on daily, end of month and end of year list
- Solving request and issue which registered by user via IT Helpdesk portal
- Coordinate with infrastructure team to solving problem and issues
- Monitoring backup tape system
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience as Monitoring Engineer/Data Center Operation
- Competency : Network/Datacenter Engineer (Monitoring network, server, resolve small incident, etc)
- Commit with SLA to Customer
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill
- Good Motivation and Hard worker
- Good English skill (Oral & Written)
- Working hour : shifting

- Provide service creation/change/deletion of users access to email, applications, network, shared folders and access related completing requests from users who registered through the portal the IT Helpdesk
- Solving a list of request from user
- Monitoring list of user access and ensure user acces based on job needed

Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
