Bridge Inc. which operates under PT. Talenta Digital Indonesia is a startup company that focusing on creating product as a platform focusing on human resource management.

Talenta is a SaaS (Software as a Service) for HRIS (Human Resource Information System), this is a way for companies to have a one stop dashboard where they can store all of their employee's information, recording attendance, tracking sick or leave, and the most important thing is the payroll calculation include tax, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, etc.

create and develop Talenta product with the team
fixing bug
maintain the product

Requirements :

Male / Female, max. 30 years old
fresh graduate are welcome
bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information System
good knowledge in OOP
knowing about PHP is a must
knowledge of Yii Framework
hard worker and teamwork

Responsibilities :

lead, manage, develop, coaching and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
create selling strategy
create, set and achieve sales goals
build strong relationships with clients and partners
report to management about sales progress

Requirements :

Male / Female, max. 30 years old
min. 2 years experience
bachelor degree in any fields
preferably has B2B experience
self starter and independent
target oriented
hard worker and teamwork

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales goals
build strong relationships with clients and partners
report to sales manager about sales progress

Requirements :

Male / Female, max. 30 years old
min. 1 year experience ( fresh graduate are welcome)
bachelor degree in any fields
preferably has B2B experience
self starter and independent
target oriented
hard worker and teamwork
