Experienced PHP-CI Programmer (2 positions)

• At least 2 years experience with PHP, SQL and Javascript, preferably using CodeIgniter.
  
• Self motivated, hardworking, highly responsible.
  
• Comfortable working with overseas clients.
  
• Good English (written and spoken).
  
• Able to work in a team.
  
• Full-Time position.
  

Front End Developer (2 positions)

• Must be good at critical thinking and problem solving.
  
• Have experience in HTML, JS, CSS, Hand-coding, Structural and semantic markup.
  
• Information design, ability to organize lots of complex information in a way that is simple, user-friendly, logical, clear, and elegant.
  
• Deep understanding of user experience and ability to analyze and test usability
  
• A strong aesthetic sense coupled with language and information design skills (you should have that special combination of visual and verbal skills).
  
• Ability to plan projects with clients and create wireframes and mockups.
  
• Clear understanding of information architecture.
  
• Expert knowledge of the current design trends and techniques.
  
• Clear understanding of HTML & CSS as it affects your designs and device support.
  
• Understand the responsive design technique and how to optimize front-end code for mobile device.
  
• Familiar with framework like Bootstrap, Zurb Foundation.
  
• Familiar with build tools like Grunt, or Gulp is preferred.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  

Experienced Ruby Developer (1 position)

• Ruby on Rails experience is required.
  
• Experience with MySql or PostgreSQL.
  
• Good written and spoken English skills.
  

Senior Java Developer (1 position)

• Java web application experience is required.
  
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Java.
  
• Excellent written and intermediate spoken English.
  
• Experience with MySql or PostgreSQL.
  
• Scala experience is preferred but not necessary.
  
• Experience working for western clients.
  

Project Manager (1 position)

• Project and team management experience.
  
• Excellent spoken and written english skills.
  
• Ability to create a wireframe/mockup from a text spec.
  
• Experience with Quality Assurance and UAT procedures.
  
• Manage web application project and guide our team of programmers to create websites for English speaking customers.
  
• You should have a love of the web and a good knowledge of what makes customers click to help you guide the priorities for a fast growing business.
  
• The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering projects to Western clients. On a daily basis you'll have telephone stand-ups with Western clients while managing a small (3 to 6) development team within the office.
  

English Teacher (1 position)

• Experience teaching a subject (does not have to be English).
  
• Fantastic English skills, written and spoken.
  

Chief Technical Officer (1 position)

• More than 3 years experience with software architecture and system design for scalable web based systems.
  
• Experience applying common software design patterns, SOA and doing object oriented design, and doing process flows.
  
• Experience proposing technical solutions and designs to business requirements.
  
• Strong understanding of web technologies and architecture.
  
• Multiple years experience as a hands on developer with one or more of: PHP, Java, Ruby on Rails.
  
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, JSON, HTTP.
  
• Experience with databases and SQL, for example MySQL or Postgres.
  
• Familiar with Linux.
  
• Solid understanding of networking and hosting technologies such DNS, load balancing, web servers, and cloud technologies such as AWS or Heroku/AppFog.
  
• Computer Science degree or similar.
  
• Well developed problem solving skills.
  
• Strong spoken and written English. Preferably from experience in an English speaking country.
  
• A strong personality and with obvious leadership traits.
  

iOS Developer (1 position)

• Programming Android native mobile applications from specifications.
  
• Scope, analyze, design, test, debug and implement complex iOS mobile applications.
  
• Cutting-edge native mobile application prototyping and development on iOS.
  
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
  
• Experience in making iOS app is preferable.
  
• Excellent English skills.
