Architect (Property Developer)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design to the clients
- Work with project team to develop design and produce construction document
- Effectively presenting work products
- Regular site visit to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor degree majoring Architecture
- Experience 1-2 years in building construction and property; Fresh graduate are welcome
- Able to operate AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketchup, Coreldraw, Photoshop & Computer Literate (Excel, Word & Power point,etc)
- Communicative and persuasive, have good interpersonal skills
- Have strong motivation and result oriented, willing to work under pressure
- Willing to travel
