Customer Service / Sales Support

Location
BSD, Serpong


Responsibilities:
Taking sales orders via telephone / email and process them to Logistic department.
Informing customers' inquiry of current stock / inventory.
Coordinating delivery to customer with Logistic department.
Accepting complains and service rquests from customers and providing solutions for those complains.
Making quotations from customer inquiries (if requested).
Making daily, weekly, monthly sales report.

Requirement:
Preferable female, Single, Max. 28 years old of age.
Education Bachelor degree (S1) all majors (preferable Business Administration / Management)
Experience min. 2 years in related fields.
Preferable domicile in vicinity less than 20 km.

General Qualification:
1. Perform well under pressure
2. Good verbal dan writing communication skill
3. Detail and thorough
4. Multitasking
5. Proficiency in operating Windows-based computer and Office software.
