Responsibilities :
1. Calculating detailed Bill of Quantity for the proposed project
2. Reviewing the risk of commercial aspect for each proposal
3. Keeping update with the recent market price
4. Assisting project on the commercial aspect during the construction period

Requirements :
• Bachelor degree (S1) from Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture or interior field
• Writing and speaking English fluently
