WH SUPERVISOR [ 1 orang ] pendidikan S1. Salary = RP. 9.353.333
Roles :
• Supervise the operative levels, and must work closely with management level, and closely coordinate with Scania Supply Chain team
• Operate and monitor day to day activities of operative level
• Be able to supervise staffs to build their skill and knowledge if any
• Prepare to handle other duties as required
• He/She will be reporting reporting to the Scania PIC, WH Manager for PDC or assigned person

Abilities & Qualification
• Have bachelor degree or higher
• Have experience in required filed at least 2 years
• Have Automotive industrial / Parts management would be advantage
• Good in human communications skills
• Able to communicate in English would be advantage
• Very good attitude, especially good service mind
• Strong leadership skills

WH ADMINISTRATION
[PENDIDIKAN minimal D3 ] Kebutuhan sebanyak 3 calon karyawan. Rincian sebagai berikut :
- WH ADMINISTRATION GENERAL : SALARY = RP. 4.623.000,- Jumlah (1)
- WH ADMINISTRATION INBOUND : SALARY = RP. 3.312.000,- Jumlah (1)
- WH ADMINISTRATION OUTBOND : SALARY = RP. 3.312.000,- Jumlah (1)


Roles :
• Coordinate to follow up with customers in order to full fill Scania services.
• Perform day-to-day administration task. The activity from Receiving to Deliver (Create ASN, Good Receive, Upload PO from Dealer, Order Processing, Picking List, Packing List, Billing)
• Monitor and track status of local dealers
• Eliminate the pending case and escalate to related parties positively and efficiently
• Generate regular and customize report as required by Scania team
• Analyze issues by system / data and respond customer promptly
• Knowledge of administrative, clerical procedures and systems such as computer applications in the Purchase Order, Inventory, Project Costing modules, accounting practices and other office procedures and terminology.
• Be able to handle other assignment as required

Abilities & Qualification
• Have bachelor degree or higher
• Have experience in required filed at least 2 years
• Very good attitude, especially good service mind

OPERATOR LEVEL
[Pendidikan Minimal STM/SMU/SEDERAJAT]
Forklift Driver (Skilled) memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun. Dibidang yang sama. Jumlah kebutuhan sebanyak 6 calon karyawan.
Salary : 2.836.667
Roles :
• Coordinate to follow up with customers in order to full fill Scania services.
• Ability to operate a forklift and have SIO
• Perform day-to-day administration task. The activity from Receiving to Deliver (Create ASN, Good Receive, Upload PO from Dealer, Order Processing, Picking List, Packing List, Billing)
