We are recruiting Information Support/Technology Officer to assist with information technology set up, installation and maintenance as well as support all users and provide training and up-to-date information to all users to operate new systems and packages where required.

• To ensure daily IT support to to all users
• To deal with technical queries on hardware, operating systems and software packages as well as problems related to computer or information technology
• To manage and administer the Local Area Network and ensure that the system is running smoothly both in premises and on cloud
• To supervise and facilitate training on IT for users
• To provide hands-on support / training whenever required.
• To provide training on E-mail and all software packages and to distribute training materials

The requirements:
• Graduate and professional training on computers (basic hardware and software)
• Up-to-date knowledge and skills on latest developments in the IT systems field.
• Technically competent in a number of IT operating systems
• Experience of IT support in a similar role
. Good understanding of system and network administration.
• High level of competence in the development and implementation of computerised systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Use of initiative in problem solving and can suggest new ways to improve the work process.
• Takes responsibility for and completes standard tasks with minimal supervision
. Have the ability apply best practices, systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
. Fast learner and team player, self-motivated to work with tight deadline and minimum supervision.
