Ukrainian "M-ATV"

Here's a curious light armored car with some kind of claim to MRAP'opodobie (for M-ATV?), Referred to as "Scorpio", was built in July on the chassis of the UAZ-469B-ukropatritotami Kiev enthusiasts formed in Kiev for the 11th Battalion of territorial defense " Kievan Rus'. Said battalion now performs the function of occupation in the area Sloviansk.
