Indonesian government took a big step for boosting their e-sports as they officially recognized Indonesia e-Sports Association (IeSPA) as a formal branch under the Recreational Sports Federation for Indonesian Society of the State Ministry of Youth and Sport Affairs or Menpora.

The organisation wil be focusing on upliftment of Indonesian cyber-games by encouraging new talent, assist in training of professional gamers and creating an environment for professionalism in cyber-games.

Their are taking a big step for the world wide recognition of Indonesian e-sports by hosting the International eSports Federation World Championship by 2016.

They will be creating a better internet infrastructure the country in the course of next few years. they are currently composed of big game publishers : Lyto, Garena and Megaxus and gaming gear seller Techno Solution.

Will this be a new era of SEA e-Sports with Indonesia leading the region?

semoga dengan di restuinya e-sport , gamers indonesia bisa maju. bisa lebih professional. bukan hanya untuk Dota, tapi untuk semua game (Counter-Strike,LoL, Starcraft,etc). Kita harus bisa membuktikan bahwa gamers di indonesia itu jago2. tidak kalah dari negara lain.
