Sinopsis

Based on the true story of a gynaecologist who is convicted of dismembering and flushing the remains of his wife down the toilet. Body is a twisted tale about Chon (Arak Amornsupasiri) who is constantly visited by a ghostly apparition.


2) Bangkok Haunted



Sinopsis

The story is told by three people in a seedy Bangkok bar and is a compilation of three stories. In the first, an antique dealer finds an old drum in her shop that is possessed by a dancer’s spirit. In the second, a young and lonely woman is given a bottle of perfume extracted from corpses. The third revolves around a police cadet who is investigating a girl’s suicide by hanging.

3) Shutter



Sinopsis

Anyone who has watched this movie will never forget the closing scene where Tun, the protagonist, captures a woman’s spirit who is sitting on his shoulders. The story opens with Tun (Ananda Everingham) and his girlfriend Jane (Natthaweeranuch Thongmee) after they accidently knock down a woman while travelling in a car. Tun then discovers shadows and unexplained faces in photographs that he takes and Jane thinks the images are that of the woman they left on the road.


4) Colic



Sinopsis
The promotional poster shows a baby with his left hand severed and the image of a bloodied food processor next to him. It begins with Pan (the baby) crying constantly. The doctor diagnoses it as colic but the baby does not stop crying even after six months. The mother, Prae (Pimpan Chalaikupp), also notices strange things happening around the house. She is convinced that there are things in the house that are making the baby unhappy.



5) Nang Nak



Sinopsis

This movie revolves around a legend about a tragic love story between a devoted wife (who’s actually a ghost) and her unsuspecting husband. Mak (Winai Kraibutr) goes to war, leaving behind his pregnant wife, Nak (Intira Jaroenpura). She eventually dies during childbirth. Soon, weird things start to happen in the village. The villagers who try to warn Mak that he is actually living with a ghost die horrible deaths. There is a shrine dedicated to Mae Nak in On Nut in Bangkok’s Suan Luang district.


6) Alone



Sinopsis

Alone (or Fad, which means twins in Thai) stars Marsha Wattanapanich as Pim and Ploy, who are conjoined twins connected at the stomach. In a fit of jealousy and rage, Ploy strangles Pim. To save Ploy’s life, the doctors have to amputate Pim’s corpse from Ploy.

Shane (Chantavit Dhanasevi) watches a horror movie and starts to experience a sense of deja vu as all the scenes depicted in the movie are repeated — only this time, everything appear to be real.


8) Phobia or 4Bia



Sinopsis

A four-part tale of horror, Phobia begins with Happiness, where a lonely girl is attracted to a stranger after a series of phone calls and text messaging. In Tit For That, a school boy gets his revenge through black magic after being bullied in school. Next, a group of friends meet with a kayaking accident during a camping trip. In the final episode, a stewardess has to deal with a body in the cabin.


9) The Coffin



Sinopsis

This movie is based on a Thai ritual where devotees fake death by lying in a coffin. This ritual is said to trick death and evil spirits. Devotees believe that by doing so, they are free from bad luck.


10) Dark Flight a.k.a. Flight 407



Touted as Thailand’s first 3-D horror movie, it tells of a senior flight attendant who has to deal with supernatural occurrences onboard a flight. And things start to fly when everyone onboard begin to die one by one.
