Buddy Refuelling Pods

Cobham's range of buddy refuelling pods provide a fast jet tanking capability that is particularly effective for Carrier based Naval operations or the defence of extensive national boundaries. Currently used on aircraft such as the F/A-18, SU30, A4 and Tornado they can be fitted either under the wing or fuselage mounted.

Future buddy refuelling pod systems will be suitable for the 5th generation digital fighter and future unmanned aircraft where range and persistence is required.
