tidak bisa di buka dengan keterangan file tersebut rusak atau koruft dan pada semua folder muncul file bertuliskan

dan sudah di ketahui virusnya yaitu cryptorbit virus atau sejenis ransomeware virus
sejauh ini sudah discan dengan antivirus smadav ver.9.6.1 full version,super antispyware,
trojan remover,anvi smart defender,win utilities akan tetapi file nya tetep tidak mau terbuka
terus langkah terakhir yaitu dengan mem format OS di ganti dari OS XP jadi OS Win 7 tapi hasilnya nihil
yang saya butuhkan bantuan dari agan agan atau sedulur dulur
1.bisa kah file yang koruf di benerin...?
2.kalau bisa bagaiman caranya terus pakai software apa..?
