Marketing TVC & Communication Manager


Organization Function:
• Reports to Marketing Manager

Responsibility/Job Description:
• Responsible to manage offline on-screen channel (TV, Radio, Outdoor, etc) to achieve ultimate output and ensure tracking, monitoring and evaluation is in place
• Working with advertising and promotion agency, vendors or 3rd party related to manage campaign distribution and delivery; negotiation to establish networks and distribution channel.
• Initiate research studies on media/channel selection and provide recommendation for best campaign distribution channel
• Responsible for corporate communication strategy, public relations and public opinion management; working with communication strategies consultant
• Responsible for communication within crisis management
• Managing creative team and serve all corporate users on the creative design needed
• Working with cross functional teams and ensure units are well aligned with other department
• Responsible for hiring, training and team performance evaluation, including oversee team daily activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the position of managing offline on-screen channel (TV, Radio, Outdoor, etc) in fast moving company
• Total job experience of at least 6 years, demonstrating strong leadership & managerial thinking
• Experienced in wide range of offline marketing channel (TV, Radio, Outdoor, etc), solid capability in tracking and monitoring the program
• Solid experience in dealing with advertising & promotion agency and other 3rd party related
• Good understanding of technology, including internet services, 'power user' of internet
• Multitasking job - high volumes of actions to perform
• Initiative, pro-active approach
• Able to work hard, even under time pressure
• Fast learner, detail-minded, consistent and very focused on quality.
• Used to work in fast-growing environment
• Strong motivation and passion to work in Tokobagus
• Able to work and communicate well with non-Indonesian management
• Strong English language skills (writing and speaking)
• Native Indonesian language skills (perfect command in writing and speaking)
