About Adis Group Management Trainee

ADIS Group Management Trainee Program periodically searches for and develops young talent into future leaders to drive the Company’s growth. Since its inception in 2010, we have been recruiting fresh graduates who are proactive, confident, determined to succeed, and are not afraid to think outside the box.

Management Trainees undergo three months training program in three departments that related directly to shoe making process, to wit, Production, Chemical, and Product Creation Center. Their performance is regularly evaluated by the Management Committee, and at the end of the program, they will present their improvement project in front of Top Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree from Any Major (Preferably Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Management, Law, Psychology) with GPA minimum 2.75
  
• Good spoken and written in English
  
• Computer literate
  
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
  
• Good presentation skill
  
• High desire to learn
  
• Highly self-motivated
  
• Willing to be trained for 3 Months
  
• Fresh Graduates or less than 1 year experence
