JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
- Manage every aspect of brand building i.e New Product Development
- Develop marketing plan and brand communication strategy
- Monitor marketing expence and maintains P/L of the product
- Coordinates with Sales Team for sales performance
- Work closely with Brand Activation Team for BTL activation and visibility product

Requirements
- With maximal age 35 years oldCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in as Product Manager especialy OTC Product is required
- Able to manage new product development and product launching
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Have a good negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, marketing and communication skill
- Have a strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Willing to work in field and travel throughout Indonesia
