PT Gagan Indonesiais a retailer and distributor of international fashion, sports, and active lifestyle brands such as Adidas, Bebe, Cache Cache, DC, Evita Peroni, Promod, Morgan, Ted Baker, Quiksilver, Ipanema, Roxy. Visual Merchandiser
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

1. Design Graphic (design POP, Magazine, newspaper, All poster - instore, Promotional tools inside & outside mall, etc)


2. Design Interior
- concept stage (launching product every season)
- Bazaar layout
- Exhibition
- Store concept for brand Samba


3. Purchasing
- all vendor printing, Carpenter & contractor

4. Store renovation
- corespondency with principle for detail drawing, searching contractor (civil, electricity, ducting, lighting, anti theft, etc ),
- budgeting, negotiate price with all vendor & contractor, coordination with mall management,
- report progress to management & principle, make time schedule,
- coordination with brand manager for delivery all equipment to the store,
- coordination with forwarder for delivery fixture import,
- display all merchandise with team & brand manager.

5. Maintenance store
- responsible for all damage at store (fixture,lighting etc)
- coordination with handyman
- checklist for damage and quotation from handyman

6. Visual Merchandise (display & create concept window store)

Requirements:

Male, max 32 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Design Interior, Architecture or equivalent
Required language(s): English
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience (experience as Visual Merchandiser & Design Graphic, Fit Out Officer)
Able to use MS office, Design Graphic Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat), Autocad, Sketch Up, 3D Max; MAC
Fluent in spoken and written English
Can work in under pressure & able to handle short deadline
