Andrew Borst, a sniper with Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 1st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, briefs Philippines General, Emmanuel Trinidad Bautista, Phillipines Army Chief of Staff, on the Long-Range Advanced Scout Surveillance System and the Reconnaissance Stryker Vehicle, Aug. 19 on Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Bautista visited JBLM to better understand I Corps' focus in the pacific, and to observe training and readiness of subordinate units of the 7th Infantry Division and 1st Special Forces Group.
