To manage and execute configuration management process and end to end release management process for technology solutions delivered through the execution of IT projects and IT support activities.

2. IT MIS (DWH Expert)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Technical design (both high level and detailed), logical and physical design of the BI Reporting Layer dimensional data model (schema), Dimensional modeling and supporting design.
• Support the production implementation og the reporting layer processes.
• Responsible for the design and specification of the end to end batch processing and scheduling dependencies.
• Review and feedback on measure and dimension specifications.
• Conduct walkthroughs of the high level design (HLD) with design governance, operation support and subject matter Experts and gain their sign-off.
• Design changes to the reporting layers that conform and support Data Mart design guidelines, produce a detailed (Micro) Data Mart design for each release.
• Provide progress updates relating to designs at projects status/release management meetings, technical support for developers covering design, processes and data issues, Operation Support, system integration, and data base administration.
• Conduct impact assessments for release schedule changes, Data Mart design overview training to new staff.
• Undertake Business Analysis, technical Business Analysis, development and testing where required.
• Documentation : Data Dictionary, KPI, Data marts, Logical & Physical model, OLAP cubes, reports.
• Quality Management, timely delivery of routine and custom requests.
