Responsibilities:

Work on a shift schedule basis (24x7) to monitor system availability, receive, handle and response to incoming complaints through trouble ticketing system. Ensure that response and restoration times are met SLA.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in system/network administration
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply who have experience using LINUX
• Experienced working as System Administrator using Linux OS
• Excellent in Linux-Unix / Server Administration.
• Monitoring system components on based linux Server
• Good understanding in MySQL
• Self motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
• Strong analytical skills and passion for problem solving
• Must be able to learn, understand apply new technologies
• Strong team orientation
• Good initiative and ideas
• Friendly and easy going
• willing to work on shift basis (24x7)
• English min. passive
• Good communication skill
