Disappointed with Asus UX31E Notebook
Hopefully Asus Service Centre will read my complaint.
This is my 1st time using and having Asus Notebook because of the shopkeeper promotion that ASUS is very slim and light. I buy it around October 2012 in Medan, Indonesia.
This earlier April I face the first problem with it, Suddenly before loading to windows, it will off and in standby mode. Even I try to press any buttons to wake it up it still can't, except i plug the adapter to charge it and it won't suddenly off in the middle of loading to windows .Its happening several times until I decided to take it to Asus Service Centre at Senayan Trade Center Lt1. No.1003A Jakarta Pusat on 5 April 2013.
I said my problems and left it there for 5days until I call to make sure is it already fixed. Then I take it back on 10 April 2013.
After that I try at home for 1 or 2 days and found out the problems still the same and become worse. Adding another problems that the battery won't charging even I plug the adapter and still the old problem happenings.
I go back on 12 April and the guy customer service said it is the problem of my setting that I set the sleep mode in 1 minute. Actually I never do this kind of setting and it won't make sense that before loading to windows it will run to sleep mode. But he forces that the problem is that and Then he changes the setting for me and told me to take it back and try it again. I try to accept it and back.
But the problems still the same, I went back again on 15 April and total complaints, the same answer I got, they will fix it around 2-5 days and will call me if its already fixed.
On 23 April, I went back to take it again and until I write this complaint, The problem still the same until I feels so disappointed and don't know what should I do. I keep go and back but they can't solve it and now become more worse that every time I use the speakerphone skype or Line call the other party will said that they heard a noisy sound and it is quite irritating.
beside that the 1st and 2nd problem still haven't fix yet.
Is it an unsolved problem?
This is my 1st time using Asus and It would be the last time too.
