Kami mencari anggota tim penjualan yang antusias dan penuh semangat untuk bekerja bersama para merchant atau pedagang lokal di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia seperti Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, Surabaya dan Medan. Memahami prinsip-prinsip negosiasi “Menang-Menang” (Win-Win Solution) dalam berhubungan dengan merchant untuk mendapatkan hubungan jangka panjang.

MERCHANT RELATION OFFICER

Responsibilities :

1. Identifyng and developing a database of qualified leads (F&B, hotels health & beauty, events, travelling, etc.) through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business, owners, email and networking
2. Meeting decision makers to assess potential business deals, negotiating favorable terms and acquiring prospective commitment by closing the deals
3. Creating and conducting effective proposal presentations
4. Coordinating with other departments to launch the promotions for our partners in an efficient and timely manner
5. Being responsible for after sales relations with partners
6. Developing monthly sales plan in conjuction with related director, and focusing on achieving or exceeding sales objectives
7. Being responsible for a daily performance reporting to the director

Requirements :

1. Working results is the most important, instead of education background. Therefore we challenge all levels from high school to the tops
2. Minimum 2 years experiences in the same field and expertise
3. Succesful experiences in sales (mainly acquisition of new business partners) with an ability of negotiation & convincing people
4. Aggresive, communicative, creative competitive, and target oriented person
5. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
6. Good knowledge, understanding and networking of city business
7. Working location = Jakarta Barat
