Requirements:
• Male, Min 28 max 37 years old
• Excellent cook with experience in Indonesian and oriental menus (i.e :Nasi Lemak, Hainam rice, sop buntut, dim sum)
• Preferable 3 years experience in Food & beverage industry
• Experience in managing kitchen and distribution system
• Able to ensure consistent, well presented, and high quality food production.
• Experience in setting, creating, and developing menu
• Creative and pro-active
• Fluent in English
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Location work : Tangerang Area
Total package salary : Rp5.000.000-Rp10.000.000 (based on experience)
