Industrial & Building - Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities
Developing the I&B services in Indonesia

Reporting to:
• Industrial Manager

Specific responsibilities:

Commercial Management:
- Define a marketing strategy/action plan for our product
- Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database, ensuring the quality of our services
- Customer confidence while maintaining continuous contact with them, being aware of their needs
- Review, approve and make proposals and bids

Human Resources Management:
- Optimizing Human Resources Department by the best person-job assignment
- Participate with Indiv Manager recruitment policy regarding salaries, qualifications, salary review
- Participate directly in the selection, training and professional development of the staff

Economic Management:
- Develop in conjunction with the Indiv Director the financial budget of the Business
- Analyze the profitability of their projects in relation to the objectives and take corrective measures in case of deviation
- Approving and controlling operating costs, administrative and structural department
- Review monthly production results and report them to manager
- Manage invoicing resolve incident, claiming unpaid debts

Technical Management:
- Review and approve reports
- Provide technical advice to staff or focus that need to the product manager or specialists
- Provision of technical assistance services

Requirements:
Profile
• Age over 35 years old
• Owning Driving License
• Owning vehicle
• Available to travel
• Residence: Jakarta
• Indonesian nationality

Skills
- Having a career in Civil Engineer in Indonesia
- Having good knowledge of IT Systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English effectively
- Experience recommended over 10 years and preferably in engineering consulting firm from infrastructure sector (design, construction supervision and project management)
- Engineer with skills and technical features interested in developing a professional career in business management consultancy in infrastructure & building market
- Good knowledge of the local market: costumer (essential public sector) and competitors especially in infrastructure sector and construction
