Hi all,
I am a worker in a private company in Tangerang.
Some of my friends are leaving to West Sumatra in the mid of March to execute a project that requires them to speak English fluently (the vendor is all 'bule', and we usually meet them through email only ).

The problem is, none of them good in spoken English and it's impossible for us to find a new employee for this position. It is not our very first problem, it always happen and happen, but our management seems to pay no attention on this.

Since my basic is English Literature, they want me to train them to have a little better English so that they can work in our project confidently.

Now, I really ask for your help to give me some tips, if any, how to have effective English speaking class for them (business english) in this very short time.
