To apply, please write a program on a server which collects data of some kind from the internet and stores it on new webpages, then email the url for the website so I can see it. This is only open to the person who writes it themselves, and only if they can set up a working example as an application for the position.

It doesn't matter what data you use for the example. it is only important that you can demonstrate that you can set something up.
