there is no such meaning "sedang mempercepat" for the word fasting, bro... mempercepat is accelerate/speed up, so sedang mempercepat is accelerating/ speeding up... :o simpler word for mempercepat is quicken...
simple present: i always fast for a month every year in ramadhan... yes, it's correct... :) buka puasa : break-fasting (N) berbuka : break-fast (i separated the 2 words in case it's not misunderstood with the word breakfast-sarapan)
fasting is a noun if it's used by itself... another way, fasting can be a verb whenever u use it for continuous tense (Verb + ing) the verb is fast... :o
