Usually i got disconnected for 20 seconds every 30 minutes or so and I was fine with dat, and NOW i keep constanly disconnected for 4 - 5 minutes every 30 minutes resulting in punishment in my dota game. Should i file a complaint? And do they charge us for late payment? Thanks :malus
