@awansenja: you're welcome. No one feels confident with their skills when they first start. The key is to be shameless. I used to suck at speaking too. In fact, I hated having to call people because it's harder to speak over the phone than face to face. I've gotten used to it now though.

@supri: you have completely missed the point. The OP didn't talk about learning, but rather English. As the OP has said, language skills are divided into two groups.
