Flytampa Midway 2.0 is FSX I believe, just 1.0 for FS9. Look here: http://www.flytampa.org/kmdw.html I have uploaded Flytampa Buffalo 1.1 (installer) some days ago. Be sure to read about the reg fix on how to install the update.
Yep, that can hurt :( Anyways, perhaps a little too late, but I have the "bomb-free" Komu installer (+updates and liveries) for this add-on. Let me know if you want it, if it's a different installer that is (I don't know what has been posted here).
