wahh ikutan gabung doong.. ane udah beberapa kali gonta ganti GAINER.. awal gym itu spek badan ane : TB 166cm BB 49kg gym dari januari 2016, tapi males2an dan baru fokus di oktober 2016 sampe skrng... awal2 berat naek turun ga stabil.. skrg semenjak rutin tiap hari gym berat naik terus... BB skrng
