1. Panjang Halaman.Gw selalu merasa, 1 page is enough. 2 is a max. Apalagi kalo fresh grad. Detail volunteer yang panjang dan berulang-ulang bisa di potong... Singkat padat dan jelas bikin lebih mudah di mengerti. Terus layout juga harus packed n full but tidy n neat.

2. Alur. Buat gw...
a. Data diri - Nama, Date of Birth, phone number harus di bold biar gampang dicarinya ( call me maybe?, LOL), email, dan profile linked in.
Kalo bisa dalam 3 baris max.
b. Short description about yourself. 2-3 sentences. What's your goals, how people see you - like a good leader or something
c. Education - your latest Bachelor/Master degree - add your GPA or IP if possible
d. Employment History. From the your last job to your first job Put a brief description about what you do and your responsibility for each job. Also don't forget to attach how long you've been working there. Create in bullet form or a short and sharp paragraph.
e. Sertifikasi - kalo ada. IELTS/TOEFL, WPPE/WMI/WPEE, or anything
f. Achievement that supports the position that you are applying for - kalo ada. Kalo bisa jangan terlalu banyak yang sama. Nyambung gak nyambung boles disambungin hehe. Kalo apply ke bank misalnya, you mention that you have won soccer competition for 3 times in 3 different points as it was on 3 different years. Menurut gw bisa di sum up jadi satu point, e.g. menang soccer in 3 consecutive years. Mungkin bola sama bank gak gitu nyambung - but think positive - winning a soccer game means you are good at working in team and cooperating with others.
g. Last but not least. Reference. Kalo udah gak muat - tulis available upon request.

3. Surat Pengantar. Pastinya butuh dong ya? Tulis sedikit tentang your back ground, why you aim for the job, dan why you are suitable for that position. Be prepare to be challenged on this part. Question yang biasa ditanyain: Why do you think we should hire you considering this kind of back ground? If you can, add something memorable and personal to end the letter, e.g. what is your truly inspiration for the job, e.g. I read this books that my Dad gave me or my mentor and I feel...

Dan yang menjadi ambigu buat gw sampe detik ini...
1. Perlu gak sih foto? I heard di Indo perlu... But usually under most of western culture - you don't need to as it reduces the chance of racism.
