The man nicknamed "My-Th" is the housekeeper who has long served the old noble Mizuki family. Sora's Otozumi family has inherited the role of the Mizuki family's personal shadow-guards for generations. Because Sora comes from this line, he has professional-level skills—cooking, cleaning, and repairing things, he can do it all. Also, when Yuna the young lady, asks him to do something, Sora often replies with teasing or sarcastic remarks to annoy her a bit, but in the end he does everything she asks and is always someone she can rely on.
Behind Sora's transformation into "Kamen Rider My-th" to go out and eliminate the "mysterious entities" the true motive is to fulfill a "promise" he made to his master, Yuna. Sora and Yuna thus become partners bound by a "trust" their families have passed down for generations.

A high school student and Sora's childhood friend. Yuna founded the "Paranormal Case Research Club" at the high school and leads the club's field investigations into the "mysterious entities" herself.

Kamen Rider Rid human form and Yuna's private tutor who meets her and Sora after being caught in a battle between My-Th and the Inexplicable (Fukashiki, this season enemy). He also serves as an external advisor to the Mysterious Incident Research Club.

The man who leads a mysterious organization from the past—this group is a secret society that was revived in the present day after a hundred years, with the goal of eradicating the "mysterious entities". Although their objective to eliminate the "mysterious entities" matches Sora/Kamen Rider My-th, the two sides adhere to conflicting senses of "justice", so they repeatedly clash and come into unavoidable confrontation. Kamuri, who transforms into "Kamen Rider MAOU", is a cat rider who is a natural enemy of mice, and he also aims to bring Sora under his control.

The "Snake" of the Zodiac alliance.
He has great combat skills and an ultra-offensive warrior who swears devotion to Lord Kamuri and adores him. Cool and intellectual, but a little dangerous.

The "Tiger" of the Zodiac Alliance who has a big brother personality. He is very dependable and can become very stern when the Inexplicable are involved. He and Kamuri have been friends for a long time.

The "Rabbit" of the Zodiac Alliance. She possesses keen hearing and can sense the presense of an Inexplicable. She holds pride in her speed and measures time with a pocket watch. She is an admirer of Kamuri.

The "Sheep" of the Zodiac Alliance who transforms into Kamen Rider Mutn
A soothing, fashionable sleepy princess… or so you’d think, but if you make her angry she’ll chase you down with fighting-spirit power

The "Dog" of the Zodiac Alliance who transforms into Kamen Rider Vanken
With a sharp nose that senses evil and fangs that never let go once they bite, he’ll absolutely protect you!

The Monkey of the Chinese Zodiac Alliance.
A rampaging scientist who can do anything from weapon development to medicine
If you meet him when he's got a new weapon, be careful not to get test-slashed!

The Rooster of the Zodiac Alliance.
A genius young boy warrior appointed to the Zodiac at a young age.
He also has a yellow beak side that accidentally angers those around him with an extra word.

The mysterious Dragon of the Zodiac Alliance.
The ultra-cool brain of the Alliance, who always calmly assesses any situation.
What mysteries lie hidden behind that enigmatic mask...?!
