Open the launch screen and your task manager side by side.
Press play on launch screen and when FIFA18 shows up on the task manager quickly right click and hit the properties option.
open the second tab "compatibility"
run the compatibility troubleshooter and use windows recommended setting.
Don't forget any EXP...thanks
If the previous fix doesn't work try this....
Go to your "documents" and drag your fifa 18 folder to the desktop.
Re-try the previous solution.
Launch the game. (you should get the opening movie like the first time you played)
Once you have the game running, close FIFA down & exit origin.
Put the FIFA18 folder back into documents.
It should all work now.
Guys click on game settings on the launch menu and put MSA and other settings to auto and try
finding fifa18.exe and right click properties. run it in windows 7 compatibility mode, and the game now runs.
i only needed to set the launcher to win 7 compat before; and i should not need to run compatibility for an obsolete os on both the launcher and game exe. cant you fix that EA? not everyone is as confident as others in trying things to fix issues.
I changed the compatibility mode to Windows Vista and it worked. Thank you!
