Sales & Marketing Manager

Requirement Basic :
• Minimum 5 years of Call Center Experience / Digital Marketing / BPO company as Sale & marketing/ Business Development
• Technical competence (understand Call Center Operational , Digital Marketing CRM, Call Center software, hardware, networks, etc)
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• The ability to work individual and also part of team
• Attention to detail
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• The ability to develop in – depth knowledge about TCI product and market
• monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Responsibilities :
• Making appointments to meet for existing customer
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies for existing customer
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Develop sales proposal
• Develop and make presentations of company products and service to potential client
• Negotiate with clients
• Follow up on sales activity
• Understanding your customer’s need
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
