As member of the Professional Service team to support in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. This includes understanding how their individual activities related to the strategic vision of RPS, and identifying opportunities for new services within the client engagement.
The person will be primarily responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of deliverables from detailed specifications with the assistance and guidance of a more senior professional. This position requires a customer service-centric attitude, strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Solutions to be supported includes video analytics solution, customer loyalty solution, etc.
Plan, develop and test technical solutions and architecture with the relevant partners that meet the clients’ needs.
Identify and design strategy around proof of concept and real implementation project.
As the technical lead for a customer implementation, work with customers to identify the requirements and design and implement the solution.
Specify technical and business requirements and communicate with relevant partners, organize and lead meetings, presentations and collaborations with related stake holders.
Enhance product knowledge and skills necessary to improve the capability to carry out the activities related to intended roles. Need to be able to learn new technologies and products on the fly.

-Applicants must be 21 years old or above
-Candidate must posses at least diploma/ bachelor degree, preferable in IT network, computer science.
-1-2-year experience in system implementation and support. Knowledge on video processing and loyalty program will be a benefit
-Posses positive attitude, hardworking, strong technical, problem analysis and problem solving skills
-Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
-Able to work on multiple projects concurrently, and deliver measurable results under designated deadlines and within stated project budgets.
-Must be a self-starter with a strong problem solving skills, time management and discipline
-Able to work with minimum supervision, within a team setting as well as directly with customers
-Can join to this company this month
-Having driving license (car and motorbike) will be a benefit
