WAYCROSS, GA (WALB) -
Waycross Police officers responded to shots being fired at Garlington Heights Apartment complex about 10:36 p.m. Saturday.
Upon arrival, officials found four people had been shot.
Two of the victims, 21-year-old Cameron Wilkins and 32-year-old Felicia Williams, were pronounced deceased by the coroner.
The two remaining victims were sent to the hospital for treatment of their wounds. One victim has been released from the hospital while the other remains being treated.
Police have no information on possible suspects at this time.

EXMORE, Va. (WAVY) – The Exmore Police Department and the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a shooting after four people were shot in Northampton County, Saturday evening.
Dispatch received the emergency call around 7:29 p.m. When officers arrived on scene of Fredrick Douglas Road, police found two men that had been shot. Both victims were taken to Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in critical condition. After the initial investigation, it was found that the suspect left the scene prior to officers arrival.
Then shortly after 8 p.m. sheriff’s received a tip about the location of the suspect at a home on Arlington Road near Kiptopeke State Park. Dispatch then received another call about 10 minutes later for a gunshot victim in the 29100 block of Arlington Road.
When deputies arrived to the Arlington Road scene, they found a man and woman were shot. Police say the woman was shot at the Exmore location and somehow got to the home on Arlington Road.
Deputies say they are aware of how she arrived from the first shooting to the second scene, but are not releasing that information at this time. They do not believe that she’s a suspect.
The woman was taken to Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released. The man was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. He has been identified as 30-year-old Ronald Graves of Portsmouth.
The suspect has been identified as 22-year-old Alexander Hunter Picott-Cleveland, of Capeville, Virginia.
Officers from the Northampton County Sheriff Office, Exmore Police Department, Cape Charles Police Department, Virginia State Police and aircraft from the Virginia Beach Police Department and Maryland State Police searched the surrounding areas for Picott-Cleveland until around 3:30 a.m.
Picott-Cleveland was taken into custody without incident by Deputies around 6:42 a.m.
Picott-Cleveland has been charged with murder, one count of use of a firearm while committing murder, three counts of malicious wounding, three counts of use of a firearm while committing malicious wounding, reckless handling of a firearm and brandishing a firearm. He is being held at the Eastern Shore Regional Jail with bond denied.
One of the victims from the Exmore shooting is still hospitalized and listed in stable but critical condition. The other two victims from the Exmore shooting have been treated and released.

The shooting happened around 3:20 a.m. Sunday morning at Ms. Choc's restaurant, which is on Melrose Avenue.
Police say around 150 people were inside the restaurant at the time of the shooting.
Two of the victims were taken to the hospital by personal vehicles and the two others were taken by ambulance.
No arrests have been made.

This is the second shooting near Ms. Choc's restaurant in the past month. A 16-year-old girl was shot in the hip outside of the restaurant on June 5.

On June 19, 2016 at 3:22 A.M., Roanoke Police were on foot patrol in the area of Ms. Choc’s Lounge, 2328 Melrose Avenue N.W. when they heard multiple shots being fired from within the establishment. The crowd, estimated in excess of 150 people, began running out from inside the. Officers responded and began rendering aid to those that had injuries. Investigation revealed that an argument among multiple patron’s started and quickly turned into a physical altercation, and shots were fired.
Douglas Troy Hale, age 28 of Roanoke, De’mitreas Gerard Hale, age 26 of Roanoke, Courtney Desean Bratcher, age 28 of Roanoke and Shannon Lewis Walker, age 27 of Roanoke were found to wounds from the altercation from inside the business. Douglas Hale and Courtney Bratcher were transported by Roanoke Fire EMS to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. De'Mitreas Hale and Walker arrived at Roanoke Memorial by personal vehicles. Detectives and evidence technicians are continuing to interview witnesses and collect physical evidence from the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
