We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Location of work will be at the restaurant in Meruya.

This is a high-paced environment where you'll be dealing with multiple kitchen booths consisting of 5 teams (approx. 20 people); for their daily replenishment raw materials for production of menu.

Working hours: 9AM - 5PM (Tuesday-Sunday, Monday closed)

Responsibilities:
- You will be assigned an Admin Assistant who will help you with data entry and other activites: preparing Purchase data for raw materials (daily, or periodical purchase), management of inventory/stocks in the restaurant warehouse, ensuring that the kitchen gets the required raw materials for daily needs.
- Implement a strong inventory control to ensure efficient inventory management such that purchases of stocks that fall below min. stock level can be planned ahead and warehouse gets replenished on time.
- Prepare weekly payments
- Ensuring a clean data entry for all sources of transactions (bank accounts, receipts from suppliers, and others ad-hoc transactions), and maintain this in a database of your choice so we can periodically turn this data into information.

Requirements:
- Completion of S1 degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics.
- Non-S1 holder can be considered with proven work experience as Data Analyst.
- Strong leadership skills in dealing with diverse people of various roles: Kitchen Production Team, Waitress, Supervisor and Manager.
- Strong Excel skills (or other database) - advanced Excel techniques will help you to meet our expectation
- Advanced data visualisation techniques in Excel
- Strong database skills to store all transactions data, "clean" data from multiple sources and to turn this into information for management on periodical basis.
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst will be an advantage.
- We need someone with strong leadership skills to survive the high-paced environment and the stress level in managing various requests from your colleagues on daily basis.
