  1. Project Manager (code: KK-PM)
    • Coordinate internal resources to ensure the projects are well executed.
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Report on a regular basis and escalate to management as needed.
    • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT companies and at least 2 years experience in managing IT projects as technical leader or project manager.
    • Have experience in managing POS, e-commerce, ERP applications.
    • Familiar with Scrum software development process. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred.
    • Knowledge of Agile Methodology (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs).
    • Have knowledge in project management best practices, creating project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Have proven success experience with leadership of software development groups and projects.
    • Good communication skills, both oral and writing, preferably in English.
    • Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  2. Enterprise Solutions Pre Sales (code: KK-ESP)
    • Generate sales revenue. Able to achieve target and objectives as set by the management.
    • Find and built a strong relationship with new or existing prospects.
    • Manage all sales activity from introduction meeting, presentation, up to winning final deals. Possess a good business analyst and able to present the right solutions.
    • Learn about company's product and services and keep update with the latest information about new technology.
    • Planning and executing marketing plans to promote the product.
    • Become liaison between clients and internal operational divisions, which requires strong negotiation skills externally and internally.
    • Provide sales report periodically.

    • Minimum S1 Degree, maximum 35 years old.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in areas related to sales, client acquisition or relationship management, preferably in IT industry.
    • Competitive spirit, driven to achieve sales goals.
    • Extensive contacts and existing relationships are preferred but not required – aggressive selling skill is priority.
    • Enjoy travelling / working on field rather than back office.
    • A personal vehicle is preferred but not a required.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Clean and persuasive presentation skills - strong Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills.
    • Detail-oriented to ensure accurate proposal and quotations.
    • Sales-commission oriented.
