Business Development Manager ES E N S O Rmerce
Job description

Your will be responsible for:

-Drive online sales through multiple partners & channels
-Work with partners to optimize content, pricing, portfolio
-Drive joint online campaigns & promotions
-Work with agencies to optimize online marketing activities (e.g. search, display etc)
-Periodic channel performance reviews & relationship management
-Deliver monthly online sales reporting
-Define analytics requirements and leverage insights to optimize online channels
-Business development to build a successful Loyalty & Incentives online business (B2B deals)
-Define CRM needs for Indonesian market and drive implementation to accelerate loyalty & growth
-Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for:

-Degree holder with over 8 years of experience in commercial function (business development, Key Account Management, Sales, Category -Management) or Channel/distributor management or consulting experience.
-Preferably coming from consumer electronics/FMCG/eS E N S O Rmerce industry.
-Online / Digital / ES E N S O Rmerce savvy.
-Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
-Excellent sales and communication skill.
-Able to see the big picture, and also do hands-on execution.
-Go-getter take initiative and ownership to get things done.
-Both independent and collaborative.
-Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
