Job Roles:

• Create & improve products & services of Roaming, VoIP, IDD and SMS International to maintain and improve product proposition (competitiveness, attractiveness, etc.) to achieve revenue target
• Revamp existing product to maintain/increase yield and profitability
• Plan and monitor product promotion and communication such as: Web, Print Ad, Bill Message, Back Billing, SMS Broadcast, UMB, Miss Call Alert (MCA) etc. to create product awareness and image

Job Description :
• Translating business requirements into systems qualities and then into repeatable design strategies and patterns that enable those qualities (e.g. adaptability, scalability, availability, non-repudiation, reusability, etc.).
• Responsible for enterprise application integration (EAI). This includes defining the opportunities for integration, selecting the tools, specifying the shared data & code resources, defining the interfaces and data-flows, and monitoring the success of said integration.
• Establishes the Design Repository and Metadata Repository for integrating all aspects of solutions.
• Evaluating and reviewing existing design, solution, and solution vendor to achieve improvement or new opportunity.

DE Job Description :
• Feasibility study upon business requirement (from Business Requirement Manager) and solution design (from Solution Architecture), conducting technical & non-technical coordination across IT units and relevant parties (Business users, REVA, Service Delivery Mgmt, IT & Telco vendors, managed service partners)
• Provide low level design, develop & deliver the comprehensive and robust solutions which processing high volume of data, processing multiple data sources, using high complexity in application logics, having end-to-end control points, and cross platform with external systems
• Technical review upon project development handled by peers, technical review upon existing solutions and proposing the optimized one to avoid any potential issue and to improve the performance and quality of solution
• Liaise with IT & Telco vendors (Amdocs, Ericsson, Huawei, Trabas), managed service partners (SSI, BT, PTHS), and external partners (external auditor, outsourcing management, Axiata) for technical escalation and strategic discussion for enhancement/resolution
• Provide application (L3) supports by providing workaround and permanent solution for any technical issue, conduct the sharing session of technical knowledge and expertise to team members, provide the technical documentation

Requirement :

• Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience in development of Settlement/business-intelligence/data-warehousing/revenue-assurance area will be an advantage.
• Intermediate to Advance knowledge in OSS source systems (Billing, CRM, ERP, card management etc).
• Intermediate to Advance knowledge in Enterprise DBMS development (eg. Oracle PL/SQL) & Unix Scripting.
• Intermediate to Advance knowledge in ETL platform e.g. Data Stage/OWB/Ab-initio/other ETL tool.
