RESEARCHER (Recruitment Officer)

Requirements:
Male/Female
Max. 27 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
1 year work experiences and Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Had interest to Human Resources scope work
Good communication skills and familiar with English
Able to work under pressure and target
Placement at Ravindo Tower, Kebon Sirih - Central Jakarta

Job Desc:
Assist and supporting several consultant responsibility
Conduct recruitment selection activities from database, advertisement screening, or head hunting process
Handle candidates from staff to director levels
Researching for candidates based on client requests
Develop good understanding of client company
Collecting, organizing and reviewing applications
Managing interview schedules for the candidates with consultant and client
Maintaining good relationships with the candidates
