Key Function & Responsibilities:
· Build and grow Enterprise Sales Revenue with high Customer Lifetime Value and great long term partnerships.
· Lead, coach and develop Account Managers to use best practice sales processes, tools and techniques in order to maintain a steady stream of quality sales leads.
· Grow business opportunities through identifying market needs and transform them into closing sales and repeated transactions.
· Practice best practice of sales processes, tools and techniques in order to maintain a steady stream of quality sales leads.
· Build sales pipeline in line with sales goals across the targeted territory and product verticals: Stationary, Cleaning, Pantry, Industrial, Automotive, Furniture and Tech Supplies.
· Analyze sales statistics and communicate to assist sales team to achieve goals.
· Project revenue forecasts based on purchase trends on a monthly basis.
· Work with Account Managers and the marketing team to provide input in designing Enterprise marketing campaigns including direct mails, EDMs, etc
· Consistently network to develop strong relationships within customer base and related industry professionals to gather critical data for development and growth of sales.
· Initiate unconventional sales methods in order to increase transactions and number of repeated customers.
- Have 5-8 years experience in Sales
- Have background in B2B or retail industry
- Able to work independently
- Good leadership, able to work under pressure
- A willingness to spend time and devote thought to analyzing attitudes
- Respect for others’ unique personalities
- Good communication and negotiation skills
