ADMINISTRATION STAFF (ENGLISH SPEAKING)
• Handling administration and documentation relates with clients need.
• Ensuring the needs of clients are fulfilled both for administration and information.
• Updating and maintaining information on computer systems and in archives.
• Supporting the clients if any changing or improvement programs.
• Female with age Max. 25 years old.
• Anyone may apply as long as you can speak and write English. No specific background needed.
• Computer Literate of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Honest, Responsible, Hardworking & Meticulous.
• Well organized and understand the systematic filling system
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop & Basic Accounting are a definite advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Working Monday to Friday from 7 a.m - 4 p.m (Saturday - Sunday OFF)
• MUST be willing to work in Kamal, Cengkareng (Golf Lake Residence) [50m from Mall Taman Palem]
