What You’ll Do

  • Work with the product and marketing managers to produce and manage SEO deliverables primarily for our Indonesian portal, and also support the SEO teams for HK, SG, MY and other English-speaking countries.
  • Build and manage business intelligence dashboards and churn out reports/presentations on an ad-hoc basis for our key departments
  • Setup, execute and optimize PPC campaigns on Facebook, Yahoo and Google in key markets
  • Assist in and/or take ownership over development of in-house marketing and analytical tools


Requirements

How to Stand Out

If you’re a self-starter, data lover and fast-learner you’ve won half the battle! We would also love for you to possess the following requirements and desired skill sets:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant degree (The education requirement can be waived if you have 4+ years of work experience in a related field.)
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Indonesia and/or Mandarin (both written and oral)
  • Basic working knowledge of onsite and offsite SEO and PPC marketing along with an understanding of the Indonesian digital marketing space
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets
  • Understanding of Javascript/Google Script and semantics behind HTML
  • Working knowledge of Heroku (preferred)
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization (preferred)
  • Experience in an Agile environment (preferred)
Product Manager

Responsibilities

As part of the Product Management team, you’ll work with team members from Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to deliver outstanding digital healthcare solutions to our customers. On a day-to-day basis you will break down complex problems into simple tasks, communicate progress to stakeholders and prioritise the enduser experience when you guide products from conception to launch. Furthermore, you will also be focused on growing our customer base in multiple Asian countries.

  • Develop new products and enhance existing products.
  • Understand internal and external stakeholder needs and gather product requirements.
  • Work closely with design and engineering team.
  • Ensure timely execution of products development.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators.


Requirements

  • Computer Science or related Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of working experience in a related field.
  • Web and mobile app development experience.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Self-starter mentality, hands-on attitude.
  • Appreciation for great user experience.
  • Fluency (both written and oral) in English; Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset.
Product Management Intern

Responsibilities

At DocDoc, the Product Management Intern will have the unique opportunity to directly build the next great Healthcare Portal. You will also work with all stakeholders and participate in every step of the owning the roadmap - from planning new features and initiatives to managing the creative process and development. We are looking for a superstar intern that we can introduce to the world of Product and bring our mission to life.

  • Participate in weekly sprint meetings to plan projects based on our product roadmap
  • Organize and manage digital projects and involve business owners and other stakeholders in the process
  • Create user stories and mockups, write creative briefs and define technical requirements for new features
  • Monitor Google Analytics and other reporting tools and extract actionable insights from the data
  • Plan and run A/B tests and implement winning variations


Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of HTML and web standards.
  • Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets and MS Excel.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
